Following a nationwide site search for MRI's field research facility, Gulf Breeze, FL, near Pensacola area was selected due to the area's outstanding interview labor pool drawn primarily from military spouses from nearby Navy and Air Force bases. Most MRI telephone interviewers have general American speech patterns, many from the Midwest, and are either college graduates or have some college experience.

Field research stations utilize T-1 high-bandwidth telephone lines. Our CATI System, Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing, uses state-of-the-art hardware and software. To ensure the highest level of accuracy, the company maintains one of the highest supervisor to interviewer ratios in the nation. In addition, MRI has an extensive computer and silent audio monitoring capability, which permits supervisors to constantly monitor interviewer performance.

Our data processing team has over 20 years of experience handling survey data. Open-ended questions are coded as well as transcribed for report presentation. Data Processing maintains the company's CATI system to ensure employment of the most accurate and objective research standards.
